Obituary for Stanley Prejsnar Jr.
Stanley Prejsnar, Jr. 80, of Shenango Township passed away the evening of December 28, 2022 at his residence.
Born on May 30, 1942 in New Castle, Stanley was the son of the late Stanley Prejsnar, Sr. and Frances Maslyk Prejsnar.
He is survived by his beloved wife, the former Patricia Olshausky who he married on October 5, 1968.
Stanley had worked as a supervisor for Cablevision.
He was a member of Holy Spirit Parish.
Stanley had proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy.
In addition to his wife, Stanley is survived by his children, Peter Prejsnar (Susan), David Prejsnar (Toni) and Michael Prejsnar all of New Castle, three grandchildren, Jared, Alexis and Priscilla and one great-grandson, Brady.
In addition to his parents, Stanley was preceded in death by his brother, James Thomas Prejsnar, his sister, Joan Prejsnar and his grandson, Robert.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday at 9:30 a.m. at Holy Spirit Parish, St. Vitus Church. Father Aaron Kriss will officiate.
Burial will be in St. Philip & James Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial Contributions may be made to Wounded Warriors Project, 600 River Ave., Suite 400, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 or School Sisters of St. Francis, 934 Forest Ave., Pittsburgh, PA 15202.
