Obituary for Robert D. Brown
Robert D. Brown, 81, of Neshannock Township passed away the afternoon of October 24, 2022.
Born in Providence, RI on April 24, 1941, Robert was the son of the late George and Katherine (Carnevale) Brown.
On July 21, 1967 Robert married his beloved wife, the former Roberta Jean Crader. She preceded him in death on January 11, 2004.
Robert had worked in maintenance for Ellwood City Steel for twenty years, until he retired. He then drove bus for ten years for New Wilmington Area Schools.
Robert had proudly served his country as a member of the United States Navy. As a Veteran, Robert volunteered his time at different veteran organizations and assisted in the upkeep of fellow veteran’s graves.
Robert also enjoyed going on adventures with his motorcycle along with his fiance Karen. His greatest joys was the time he spent with his fiance Karen.
Robert is survived by his two sons, Barry Brown and Matthew Brown (Cecilla); and his loving fiance Karen Reasor.
Family ask that donations be made in Robert's memory to American Cancer Society, breast cancer awareness.
Honoring his wishes there is no visitation and the service is private. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Ed & Don DeCarbo Funeral Home & Crematory, 3000 Wilmington Road.
